What are your rates?

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel prior to 48 hours of your reservation, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours, you will be charged the full amount. If your late cancellation doesn’t cost us time or other business, we may not charge you the full amount, but this is at our discretion.

What are my payment options?

Visa, Mastercard, Cash. Credit card is required to hold your reservation. We also accept British Pounds, Euros and Swiss Francs as per X-rates.com on that day +/- 5% depending on recent market trends.

What is your service area?

Anywhere in the continental United States except for point to point transfers within the town of Mammoth Lakes–there are plenty of other companies who do that! Our specialty is a long distance shuttle (to LA, Las Vegas, Denver, etc.). We are also a Sierra trailhead shuttle, taking you to any trailhead you need to go, including Yosemite, Reds’ Meadow, Whitney Portal. If you need to go to a town along 395, such as Bridgeport, Crowley Lakes, Lone Pine, we do that too!

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

To ensure availability, as soon as possible. Short notice (i.e. day of) is possible but availability may be limited. If you’re Mammoth Lakes flight has been cancelled and you need a ride out of town, we will accommodate you if at all possible!

What type of vehicle will we be riding in?

A Grand Dodge Caravan that has three captain chairs and a bench seat. There is a DVD player for your enjoyment and to give you more leg room we have a roof rack for luggage and backpacks.

What is included in the rate?

Licensed and insured company vehicle, professional driver, gas, tolls. You are responsible for park fees if your destination is within or travels through a park that requires an entrance fee.

Why can’t I book online?

To ensure that multiple bookings aren’t made at the same time, to confirm travel details, and increase the chance of a quality experience, we choose to do bookings by phone. We’re happy to speak with you, so don’t hesitate to call.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are licensed in the town of Mammoth Lakes as well as with the Federal Department of Transportation and the California Public Utilities Commission. Our insurance exceeds minimum requirements set by governing entities.

Do you have a car seat?

Yes. However, we don’t carry it with us at all times, so you’ll need to request the car seat when you make your reservation.
